Very bad customer service no options the team on WhatsApp doesn’t even bother answering and the dietitian aya literally lies to your face
True the system is so outdated, but this Is the only edible healthy food with right results if you stick to the plan without cheating
Pretty horrible customer service- management is so bad even the employees speak negatively of the company and how stringent their policies are, they need weeks advance notices for anything which is not feasible at this point! years ago their meals were good not sure if thats the case now never got to that point thanks to the pretty bad customer service which just had a very hostile attitude..
The most unprofessional nutrition service in Dubai- worst management! Worst customer service!nThey canceled my balance AED1000 worth of package just because I was 7days late resuming it!nThink twice before signing up with them!nOr maybe , hire a lawyer so you can protect yourself!
