She didn't show up until 11:15, and then she just told me to wait in the room and went out. I waited for 15 minutes, and then I went out to look for her. I found her chatting with the receptionist, and it seemed like she had completely forgotten about me.";.

The nurses were amazing and took good care of me. nBut the receptionist was terrible. I had an appointment at 10 am, but when I got there, the clinic was still closed. Great nurses,very patient and professional especially Zainab & Zulfa, you can check with them and they do their best to help you. nExtremely bad customer service , both Arab ladies where useless , she tried to convince me to pay before my treatment (which it varies from time to time depending on what we will decide to do in the treatment room) just because they close at 9pm and it was only 8;10 when I arrived, also one of them when she talks there is an attitude and weird looks as well. It's bad when I struggle to take an appointment some times or such treatment at the center. nBut again the nurses are amazing👍🏽
