I don't recommend spending money on this at all. The ancestry test is very general and has no specifications. I will redo it normally in Russia (there is something to compare with, I've seen how they do it here)nThe health and aptitude test is sooooo overblown. 450+ pages of water and empty description of each item with very general standard recommendations. They just inflated the file to make it look like it was working. In fact, both tests are very poorly informative. I told them about this, they invited me to meet with their specialist. She simply explained for an hour that these are very general and preventive recommendations for which I have a predisposition. In fact, I just spent another two hours of time and went to see them for some reason. The service is not bad, a nurse came to your home, yes, you can see markers for important diseases and the approximate geography of your ancestors. But in general, analyzing how the results are processed and explained in Russia and how the Lifenity company does it, the latter loses very much. Water with water. 500 pages of pointless tediousness
