No..of course not, please stay couple hours more, and i will wait. Finally after 2 hours of waiting me and my dad left. I do not recommend that hospital, coz the appointments are not fixed at all, and they don't care about patients!";.

Pharmacy is good, but the hospital which is on the 1st flour is terrible! I would like to file a complaint against Life Pharmacy, Silicon Branch, due to my poor experience with them. I encountered unprofessional behavior from the staff, and my calls for assistance went unanswered. This situation is unacceptable, and I hope necessary actions will be taken to improve the level of service

We have opted for the medical checkup and went to do the checkup to discover the following:n1. First visit: patient must be fastingn2. Second visit: patient must be fasting between 8-11 hoursn3. This package is for adults (above 18). My son is 16, so I asked the lady at the registration if it makes a difference in the results. She said it's not possible as the results would not be correct. So, I went home and checked the life app which mentions nothing about age or fasting. Accordingly, I tried to call 043441122 to request for a refund. It has been 2 weeks ever since I requested for a refund. The customer service on the line needs serious training. They put me on hold twice without even notifying me. I would not recommend this service.

Ms.Justina recommended the best products as per my requirements. I believe she has got a talent to understand what exactly a customer needs and makes the right choice irrespective of the pharma or make-up products.
Excellent staff excellent ambience. The girl at the counter ( though she is a trainee)is very helpful to select required med and supplements. She was ready to ask any vouchers though i forgot to mention while billing. Thanks lot.
