Had the worst experience with Life Pharmacy Noor Al Mamzar Branch, located at AB Plaza 1, Abu Hail, because of unprofessional attendant on the phone named Hassan Dariwala. He doesn't have manners to speak to a customer who is calling him in an emergency. He was very ill mannered and was fighting and arguing with the customer. He was not taking my order for home delivery and was saying that he is not there to take orders. He kept asking me to visit the branch in person with a threatening tone. If I had the option to rate zero stars I would do it.

The staff are polite and attentive at all times. They do their utmost to satisfy their client requests. I would never think of going to any other chemist ever. Thank you for the excellent service.
am a Severe asthma patient, and i have purchased an Inhaler from this Life pharmacy branch, it was unsealed and it is been used before as they it looks, however i have informed the pharmacist with the same and unfortunately he was questioning my words as if I were a liar, after argument he replaced it with another one, i was about to keep it to their management only, but now am more than glad to report the same to Ministry of health and am pretty sure that they're gonna her from it shortly
