My recent experience with Life Pharmacy was nothing short of appalling. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated by the level of service, or rather, the complete lack of it. Yesterday, I placed an urgent order for medicine needed for my one-year-old daughter. Despite calling and providing my order number, I was promised that someone from management would get back to me. Instead, I was met with silence. nThis situation is entirely unacceptable. Life Pharmacy's unprofessional behavior has been shocking. It's clear that they are out of their depth in a market teeming with competent alternatives. I will be taking my grievances to social media to expose how poorly Life Pharmacy handles customer care. nTheir disregard for patient needs is evident, and their lack of response is a glaring testament to their poor service standards. I am forced to escalate this issue to higher management to address this incompetence. It's disheartening to see a company with a reputable name fail so miserably in appreciating and respecting their customers. nMedicine is not a luxury item; it's a necessity, especially for a child. To be left waiting with no follow-up, despite numerous calls, is simply intolerable. I had no choice but to search for a pharmacy myself at 2:00 a.m. to get the medicine. nIt's astounding that restaurants, groceries, and even laundries manage to deliver with more professionalism than Life Pharmacy. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this pharmacy to anyone due to their abysmal customer service, lack of delivery protocol, and overall disrespect for patient needs. nAlso they did not refund the money.

Worst service ever , i ordered panadol for my daughter is sick at 9 pm and i keep following up , they told me the driver on the way , till 12 am they said sorry we have lot of orders, i will never order agian
