I would like to share my experience with Ms. Grace at the Life Pharmacy located in Ibn Battuta Mall. My experience with her surpassed all expectations, and I felt compelled to share my positive encounter. nMs. Grace's dedication to providing exceptional customer service truly shines through. I was struggling to find a particular medicine that seemed elusive in most pharmacies. However, Ms. Grace not only assisted me in locating the medication but went above and beyond by guiding me to the right branch where it was available. Her knowledge of the inventory and her willingness to ensure that customers receive the care they need sets her apart.
Excellent branch, staffs are exerting their full efforts to help even if the items are not available on their branch. I asked lots of branches but they said not available and when I went to IBN branch 1st floor they made it possible to have it. It's been 2x now since last year that I had this experience with this branch and same concern - both they provided it by checking and contacting the other branches including the main store. Especial thanks to Ms. Grace who made it sure that it will be available on time and delivered it.
