Very poor service they need on hrs to confirm they deliver or not very bad sales people
Yesterday evening, I took my child to the clinic due to swelling on her eye. Despite two requests from the nurse, the doctor was reluctant to examine her. As a medical professional, isn't it ethical to at least assess the patient, even if no action can be taken? This was the worst experience I've had in my 20 years in the UAE.
Well equipped branch, having ample parking available in front. Ms. Riswana and Mr. Bibin always gives a warm welcome and exceptional service. They are knowledgeable and patient in answering my queries and have at many occasions gone out of their way to help me find the medicines requested.
Medicinal shopping had never been such a great experience until we visited this outlet. Very supportive and customer engaging staffs with sufficient knowledge, good patience and smiling faces. Keep up the wonderful work as always !!!
