I had several times issues with ordering from LIFE app, always being delayed, or delivery was found somewhere else... however i remember long time having this branch contact details and tried to communicate with them regarding any delivery. FIRSTLY, delivery was free of charge, SECONDLY they are replying soooo fast, i do not know any other place, store, shop, brand that having such a prompt reply (like they were waiting for my message), order always placed so fast and delivery, delivery just take minutes. Amazing customer support! Very straight forward communication! So flexible as well!
