I am extremely disappointed and feel it is necessary to highlight the recurring issues I have faced at this hospital. Despite this being my second experience within three months, there has been no improvement. nThe reception staff clearly lack proper training and understanding of their own processes. Patients are randomly asked to take tokens, while others are being entertained without token by standing in queue, leading to confusion and frustration. If the system relies on queue and calling the patients by name at the treatment room, then insisting on tokens serves no purpose and only adds to the chaos. nWhen I raised this concern at the reception, the staff showed complete indifference and did not even acknowledge my presence -- which is unacceptable behavior in any professional healthcare environment. nWhile the doctors are skilled and professional -- and the sole reason I continue to visit -- the poor conduct and inefficiency of the reception staff severely damage the reputation and trustworthiness of the entire clinic.

I was very happy with the care and attention given to me by the physiotherapist Sonali. She was extremely helpful, explaining my issues and how she could treat them. I thoroughly recommend the clinic at Al Qusais and their services. Everyone is so kind and helpful. 😊
