I cannot say enough good about the customer service at this pharmacy .Caran Fernandes provide above and beyond quality customer service.

Promised to deliver an item at a certain time because it was urgently required by a patient in a nearby hospital. After 23minutes of delay, I had to follow up my self only to be replied after 11 minutes that they were still waiting for their driver. They committed on the time of delivery and I, many times, reiterated the urgency, however, they failed to deliver their promise. It is very disappointing. My point is, never commit is you cannot keep the commitment. This branch always disappoints me.
