HinI visited there with a medical insurance and also paid the co payment for this doctor Tanushree Mishra and had a consultation and she wrote so many tests which was not approved by the insurance company and basically I took a health package respectfully and Doctor preferably told me that the consultation is valid for 7 days and next day when I visited to consult the doctor with all my reports the receptionist told me to pay the consultation charges as 25 aed which was asked by the doctor to pay and when I asked her about the validity of the consultation is still remains and Doctor itself is told us about the validity of the consultation is for 7 days and I need not to pay anything that she might pricribe medicine but receptionist started arguing with me that the report shows high cholesterol and other things which is not a free consultation and I need to pay ....I abide and deny this type of unprofessional behavior with the patient by the receptionist and by the Doctor which is not acceptable with a normal patient who works as a labor category of job and the insurance sends denial as a waiting period of 6months and the doctor rejects to consult a patient without the consultation payment is paid as it was a free consultation with the validity of more 6 days. I request this is unacceptable being in healthcare providers as you think you can fool the patient by your own rules and regulations no proper guidelines just sitting for money sake no matter the patient is not well or has a very high standards of earnings I don't even recommend this type of service provider .i was so disappointed by Life clinic
