  I had an amazing experience at this dental clinic today! From the moment I walked in, the lady at the reception was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and attentive, making me feel comfortable right away. nDr. Elika did an outstanding job with my dental cleaning. She showed me the before-and-after results, and the difference was truly significant! Not only is she a skilled professional, but she also has such a positive and friendly energy that made the whole experience even better.

  This was my second visit to the clinic, this time to see Yasmin the hygienist for a check and clean. Yasmin made sure I was comfortable and thoroughly explained the cleaning process which in my case started with x rays using the bite wings latest technology followed by cleaning and hydroxyapatite. Yasmin is clearly highly skilled and knowledgeable, the whole process was pain free, smooth and I would go as far as to say very pleasant for a visit to the dentist! The clinic staff are wonderful, very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend their services. Especially if like me, you have trepidation for any kind of dentistry, you'll be blown away by how gentle the experience is. A big thank you to the whole team.

  I wanted to write this review as soon as we had finished the appointment with Dr Leila, that is how good the experience was!nnI arranged the appointment for my mum who has not been to a dentist in the UK for the last 5yrs. My mum has had very bad experiences with dentists in the UK so her teeth have naturally suffered as a result. We are staying in Dubai for a short while so we got some recommendations from some local friends. Dr Leila's practice stood out because of her streak of 5* reviews and so we chose this practice amongst the other eight we had been given......and we chose right!nThe process from start to finish was wonderful because it is warm, friendly, and you are made to feel important from the get go. Our initial consultation lasted an hour. nThere are three dental nurses that buzz around sorting things out and prepping for the appointment in a very efficient and comforting manner. The room itself is very comfortable with all latest technology you can think of as well as everything a patient needs to feel comfortable. My mum was even given what looked liked designer sunglasses to wear for the appointment!nnDr Leila came in with the most lovely warm calm and welcoming manner. She listened to us and our needs and then the appointment began. I cannot express how professional and kind Dr Leila and her team were. She even brought in her other team members a maxillofacial surgeon and orthodontist to get some supporting advice on what may or may not need doing for my mums teeth. At one point there were four people assessing my mum!nWe had a panoramic Xray done which also helped and these last for 5yrs and it means we can also have this record to take with us to other dentists and detailed advice was given as to what needs to be done in order for my mums teeth to become stronger from the root up and not just cosmetically. nThe lead receptionist, Tina is more than that she is efficient and detail orientated and summarises the post treatment breakdown in a very digestible manner- which was hugely helpful and she even let us borrow her prayer mat so we can pray in one of the dental rooms😀. nI can safely say we have never had that kind of experience in the UK, we were not forced to think of any treatment but only the things that immediately need to be done and can be done in the time we have left here in Dubai. nIt doesn't surprise me that Dr Leila and team have such a great string of reviews if every patient is treated this way. Its not just the experience its the feeling that the team want to do whats best for the patient looking at their age, current health status and all the other different variables. nDr Leila and the amazing Orthodontist walked us out of the appointment and were so caring to my mum and again these personal touches makes a huge difference. nWe will be going back next week for the next appointment and we look forward to it as I think it will make a difference to my mums teeth. The current state of my mums teeth are really bothering her and we believe that Dr Leila and her team will be able to help my mum with the short time we have in Dubai. If and when we do come back we will be booking in for the longer term plans too as we feel much safer in Dr Leilas hands than anyone my mum has seen in the last 50+ yrs in the UK!nnThanks for everything Dr Leila and team we look forward to coming back next week and starting the process to getting my mum teeth to a healthier better state.
