A phenomenal Doctor Jawad Bashir, is so educated and so kind and so knowledgeable. He should be awarded an award for being the most sympathetic empathetic Doctor, for his ability to take time and explain issues within the human body. Dr Jawed Bashir is someone who should be cherished and praised for his immense capabilities of being such a wonderful human. I have not come across any Endocrinologist who should be praised as much as this man. I was so disheartened seeing Emran Khan for such a long period of time who just brushed my problems to one side and blamed me for my health challenges. Although Emran Khan is a senior doctor, I think he could do with taking on training and coaching from a younger humble knowledgeable Doctor. Doctor Jawad, who empathises with his patient and their needs. Doctor Jawad isn’t just looking for success rates. He Actually believes in ethical well being of his patient. Such a driven individual who just wants to help hisnPatient with their challenges Emran needs to change his approach when dealing with patients his attitude is rude and disrespectful and disheartening I am so upset having put my trust in this individual.

Doctor Jawad, Diabetic educator Ms Margaret and Ms Anju have literally helped in every sense to change my diabetic Journey around. They are truly the best and I am extremely grateful for being so caring. It is the dream treat for sure.

Although a great physician, the administration of khc when it comes to a simple thing as rescheduling an appointment is a nightmare. I was ill and tried rescheduling and the team was unable to confirm despite plenty of notice and multiple follow up calls. There seems a problem in their communication with hotline and the clinic who according to the callcenter doesnt answer calls and emails.

Nurses Steffi and Nina were super accommodating and warm never seen any other hospital workers like them. They treat you more than family, literally like their own sisters. Dr. Shali is professional and pleasant as ever, again, one of the bests. Thank you so much

Great experience with Dr Momin Shah and his nurse Steffi and all other staff who I interacted with! Steffi had been extremely helpful and passionate in all her interactions. Prompt, punctual, dedicated...nnHowever, it would be great if the hospital had a better and user-friendly App that shows medical records and test results promptly - this has been my experience for an year now. The results are not updated in the App OR promptly sent through emails unless reminded. This is quite unlikely for a hospital like King's College, especially when even smaller clinics got these options!
