A Truly Exceptional Emergency Visit: A Big Thank You to the Team!nnI recently had the need for an emergency visit, and I have to say that my experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived at the facility, everything went smoothly, and I left feeling completely taken care of and, most importantly, feeling much better. nA special shout-out goes to Harib Al Blashi. His attention to detail and genuine care made all the difference. From the very beginning, he ensured that every aspect of my care was handled with the utmost professionalism. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed at all stages of my visit. It's rare to encounter someone who not only possesses a high level of expertise but also genuinely cares about their patients' well-being, and Harib was the perfect example of that. nI also want to highlight Robin Thomas, the nurse who took care of me during my visit. Robin's calm demeanor and exceptional bedside manner put me at ease instantly. Throughout my treatment, Robin was attentive, kind, and always made sure I understood what was going on. It's clear that Robin is dedicated to providing the highest level of care, and I felt like I was in excellent hands the entire time. nThe entire team worked seamlessly together, and it truly felt like they were all committed to providing the best possible care. The facilities were clean, well-organized, and the staff was responsive and efficient. I couldn't have asked for a better experience given the circumstances. nI left feeling much better, not only physically but emotionally as well. It's not often you can say that after an emergency visit! The compassion, professionalism, and expertise of Harib, Robin, and the rest of the team made all the difference, and I'm incredibly grateful for their help. nIf you ever find yourself in need of emergency care, I can confidently say that this team will make sure you're taken care of in every possible way. I had an emergency surgery and i was so nervous but the nurses and staff there were so welcoming and kind, honestly put my mind at ease, i was checked up on every now and then, nurse Christiana, Raizza and Micheal were so nice and supportive. The nurses at the emergency room were also so helpful except the lady doing the ultrasound, she was rude and when i told her she was hurting me she said u201cwhat can i dou201d and didn't even apologize at the end. but my overnight stay and surgery went well and smooth. love everyone there expect ultrasound lady xx

Giving birth with Dr. Esra was truly a wonderful journey. She was professional and supportive throughout every step of my pregnancy. Thanks to her collaboration with Dr. Moomin, the internal medicine specialist, I was able to manage my gestational diabetes and deliver my baby in good health. I'm also deeply grateful to Dr. Moomin for his care. nI'd like to sincerely thank the three nurses--Laila, Carina, and Laresa--who kindly assisted and guided me at every checkup. Despite their busy schedules, they were always warm and cheerful, which made every visit a pleasant experience. nI had a C-section, and the surgery went smoothly and peacefully. I recovered fully and healthily after delivery. Giving birth under Dr. Esra's care was truly a blessing. I also want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Shanawaz, the anesthesiologist in the operating room. He explained every detail of the anesthesia process before and during the surgery, helping ease my fears. His reassuring presence deeply touched both me and my husband. nOnce again, thank you to everyone at King's College Hospital.
