I drove here from DIFC, keen to finally try KINETIKA which I'd heard so much about. It was everything and more! From the facility, to the service at reception to the pristine cleanliness, to the exceptional service by Ahmad and all the time he took to understand my symptoms and explain reasons and the treatment plan. The place is very professional, they have the most advanced machines. In specific Jimmy was amazing, he spotted immediately my pain area and from the first session he relieved the pain which i had in my shoulder for more than a year. The staff there are all friendly and helpful and as a bonus the place looks amazing and soothing.

I recently visited Kinetika, the new physiotherapy center in Dubai Hills, and I'm incredibly impressed! The facility is brand new, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you could need for therapy.. cupping, heat pads, electrotherapy, and more. They even have private rooms for consultations and a gym for tailored exercises. nI had a session with Jimy, who is phenomenal! He spent 30 minutes just assessing my condition, focusing on exactly what I needed. Instead of relying on machines, he used manual therapy, which made a huge difference given the complexity of my case. They also have a 3D traction bed for spinal flexibility, which is fantastic if you need it. The staff are welcoming and attentive, offering tea, dates, and water, and I love that they have female therapists available for those who prefer it. nPlus, they offer free valet parking! This place is my new go-to for physiotherapy!
I visited Kinetika for low back pain, and my experience was truly positive. The clinic was easily accessible with convenient valet parking, and the setting was amazing--very calming. From the front desk reception to the physiotherapist, the flow was seamless. The assessment was thorough, and Youlie took the time to ask all the right questions. nMy main issue was back pain, and I could feel the difference from the first session, which was crucial for me to manage my day-to-day chores.
