Dr. Is well qualified but....nThe administrative staff and insurance ladies are totally unprofessional and they always have excuses that they are busy Zero focus and follow up.nnVery disappointed 😞

My son was diagnosed with Dr Hamza Alsayouf as ADHD it took the Dr less than 5 minutes to decide! And started giving my son monthly medication which was been done just to pull extra money because he take more money for prescription every month. He never give you time to talk about your case so busy more patient more money no time to waist.and the only place in UAE doesn't expect cridet card payment! Guess why!!nTHE BIG PROBLEM WAS AFTER 8 MONTHS I TOOK MY SON TO UK & I WAS TOLD THAT HE'S NOT ADHD & THIS MEDICATION IS DANGEROUS FOR HIS AGE. AND HE WAS DIGNOSED WITH AUTISM.nBad experience with that clinic & Dr my son was diagnosed wrong & medicine was not for his age, I felt this clinic is there just for money greed people not thinking about kids health & parents suffering just think about money.nI requested my son report and end up sending me wrong report for other kid & my son doesn't have any records on there system thank God I had the original copy of test was done, they wanted to do online consultation to do my report & wanted to charge me for that consultant!AGAIN JUST FOR MONEY

The staffs especially in the reception Ms. joyce are all very accommodating, professional and informative. They will really help you and guide you on the next steps. I would also like to commend Ms Maya, the EEG technologist for being so patient and calm during my son’s appointment. Lastly, would like to appreciate and will recommend Dr Arif for being so accommodating and knowledgeable in his profession for my son’s development.

We did an EEG procedure here and sister Maya was amazing! It wasn't easy for us to complete it and took a lot of time for the patient to settle down for the process. Sister Maya demonstrated a lot of patience and tried all ways to help us through the process. I am grateful for her expertise and patience in dealing with some complicated cases.
