It's my birthday month and I received this very kind gesture from Kaya offering me a 50% discount on a single service which i appreciate. I booked an appointment at the Kaya burjuman branch. Two days prior, I received a call from the team to confirm my appointment to which I confirmed. One day before I received another call and message for confirmation which I confirmed again. I understand that it is essential to receive confirmation from the clients on the appointments but I don't see the need when I have already confirmed before. One the day of the appointment, a few hours before I received a call again to confirm and then again 2 hours before I received another call for confirmation, only during call the team member mentioned that the offer is applicable only on premium services hence i was obliged to choose a premium service to avail the offer. I was truly disappointed with this conversation and felt it wasn't a professional approach, and hence decided to cancel my appointment. Very disappointing experience
