I contacted them to buy a laser package and when I replied to confirm the deal, they changed their offer package from 4 sessions to 5 sessions, told me that offer expired last week! I said no problem, and asked them to redeem my AED 250 voucher (I referred a friend to the clinic and received a voucher). They refused to use the voucher to pay for the more expensive package I've accepted. Turned out this voucher thing is a complete scam and the lady on the CX desk was improfessional, refused to reply to my inquiries and asked me to show up in-person to finalise the deal. She could have been clear about their terms and conditions without having to spend a long time on the phone with them to get answers to my questions! Honestly is dissappointing to say the least!";.

Update on my previous 1 star review: Still giving a 1 star because even though they contacted me, it was just apologising with absolutely 0 resolution. Please never go to them and try smaller indie clinics instead for better service and better prices.
I was misled and misinformed about the price I was supposed to pay. I appreciate the laser therapist who asked me if I was aware of the price, and when I told her what I was informed, she informed me that it's only applicable on Thursdays and Wednesdays, which wasn't mentioned. Since I was already there, I decided to proceed with my session since I didn't want to waste my time. When I went to pay, the 'manager' didn't even bother to apologize for the situation or acknowledge me. So much for managerial skills. It's my first and last time!
