I was expecting high-quality medical service, but unfortunately, my experience with the hospital was disappointing. First, the doctor requested several tests, including a hidden blood test and an ultrasound. However, once I completed the tests, I was not given the results directly as is common in other hospitals. The results were withheld for no clear reason, and I was informed that only the doctor could open the results, which caused me a lot of anxiety and stress. nSecondly, I noticed an unreasonable delay in processing the results. I was told that the hidden blood test would take five days, even though it is a routine test. This delay is unacceptable and significantly affected the quality of the medical service. nLastly, the way the medical staff handled my case was far from professional. When I requested the test results, which is my right, they were uncooperative. Also, when I contacted the doctor for clarification on the results, she did not take the time to address my concerns or provide adequate explanations. It is frustrating to face such barriers in accessing appropriate healthcare.

The reception has always been welcoming and responsive to my appointments. The family medicine doctors that I have been privileged to have attended to me were very attentive and curious to know more about my health history as related to my concerns. Tests and blood work were done and the results determined the prescription. A great habit of all the doctors is that they were always relaxed, listening, audible and, follow up. The staff are professionals and helpful. I honestly like the doctor's attentiveness, calm culture when discussing my concerns, and the follow-up; they care.
