The pediatric doctors are good, but the clinic's operations management is not great. My child was unwell, so I tried to schedule an appointment for the next day. When I couldn't secure one over the phone, I decided to go as a walk-in. I was the first to arrive, but once the doctor came in, patients with appointments started showing up (though I wasn't sure of their exact appointment times), and they kept coming. As a gesture of consideration for sick children, the clinic should ideally allow walk-in patients to see the doctor after every two appointment patients. Despite our repeated requests, we had to wait until all appointment patients were seen. We've been regular visitors here at JTS medical centre (Jumeirah) and have experienced this situation several times. Thank you.

Dr Mathews is one of the best doctors I have been to not just for myself but also for my elderly mother. He is very knowledgeable, professional, helpful and ethical. Always ready to assist and answer questions. We have been seeing Dr Mathews for a long time now and will continue to do so.
