She's the nicest and coolest doctor I've ever met. During my teeth cleaning, I didn't feel any discomfort at all. I had a really amazing experience with Dr mai and her assistant Emi while doing my crown replacement and route canal. Highly recommended and appreciate Dr Mai ' s calm , friendly and professional work. I didn't have any fear during my treatment . She really did a great great job and Thankyou so much for giving me a really nice smile and no words to appreciate her work. Cannot forget Assistant Emi' s help during the treatment. The technician who made the crown also did a really amazing work. Furthermore Thankyou for all staff and reception and admin who helped me to sort out insurance claiming and extra payments. Today, I had an appointment for a routine check-up, I ran into some issues with my insurance, but the staff was doing their best to sort everything out. While they were handling the situation, two gentlemen walked over to me and introduced themselves. I believe one of them was the general manager, and the other might have been the senior manager or even the owner sorry if I can't remember exactlynnThe first thing they said was, Don't worry, you're here because you're not feeling well and we really don't want you to worry about anything. No matter what the insurance says, please let us take care of you. Our priority is you.And they meant it. Just those words made me feel so much betternnI just want to say, Sir, this world needs more people like you. And to the gentleman next to you, I believe your son thank you as wellnnA huge thanks to all of your staff. They truly made me feel like I was walking into an amusement park, not a clinic. I felt so comfortable and at easennI can't thank you enough. I'm so happy to have found Dr. Emma. She is extremely professional, attentive, and kind in the way she treats her patients. She did a teeth cleaning for me and it was the best! You can tell she truly loves what she does and genuinely cares about her patients' well-being. I highly recommend her with my eyes closed!
