I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Italian Dental Clinic. I initially visited for a regular cleaning, but Dr. Nabila kept me waiting for 40 minutes. When I was finally seen, she made unnecessary comments about my wisdom teeth, insisting they needed to be removed immediately or they'd cause cavities in surrounding teeth. Trusting her advice, I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Ali for a filling. nWhile I only needed one filling on the left side, they convinced me to have both sides done--clearly prioritizing insurance claims over patient needs. After the procedure, I was assured the sensitivity would subside in a few days, but a month later, I still cannot eat properly on the treated side. nWhen I sought a follow-up appointment with Dr. Ali, I was informed a day prior that he was on emergency leave, and my appointment was canceled without offering any alternatives. I rescheduled with Dr. Upasana for a week later, only for the exact same thing to happen--a cancellation the day before the appointment. This clinic made no effort to assign a replacement doctor or accommodate me promptly, showing a complete disregard for my time and health. nTo add to the frustration, their phone lines don't work--they only communicate through WhatsApp, making it extremely difficult to get any reliable updates. It's evident that follow-up care isn't profitable for them, so they don't bother prioritizing it. nItalian Dental Clinic is utterly unprofessional, with staff and doctors who seem more interested in exploiting insurance than delivering quality care. If you value your teeth and health, stay away from this clinic. Their doctors are careless, their procedures are poorly executed, and their communication is abysmal.

Great service and care from Dr.Lalli and her team.Really friendly,courteous,helpful and understanding team.I had a tooth ache for weeks and reached out to the clinic after searching endlessly for a place that accepts insurance cover.Got speedy call back from the clinic and continued communication via WhatsApp.Got my tooth extracted today and felt so good,first time to leave a dental appointment with a smile on my face.Highly recommended for anyone in Dubai.PS;I use NAS insurance amd it is accepted here.

I made an appointment for a working day at 1:00 PM for Dr. Upasana Khemka. The day before the appointment, the nurse told me that the doctor had called and cancelled my appointment. Not very good, but life happens. I re-booked the next day, asking if it would definitely not be cancelled. They confirmed that I would definitely be seen. Imagine my surprise when this appointment was again banned by the doctor again.
I visited Italian dental twice nownAs it's closest to my work. I found the new management and the team of dentists amazing. The place has change so much. The care and courtesy I was given was second to none. I from the reception to treatment (emergency root canal) and follow up was exceptional. I also got a discount on my treatment plan for which I am grateful. I recommend everyone to try the Italian dentist clinic for all your dental needs. It cares!
