On Very expensive side, secondly there is no glass nd frame modification machine which is necessary things in opticians stores. They take 1 2 days for 30 second work. Staff behaviour is the only good thing there.

One of the best shop for eyeglasses. Savadul he is the one who assited me all the time. He was very friendly to the customer and very helpful. This shop is really recommended to everyone. Thank you very much.

Pathetic After Sales services, have bought an expensive frame for my Son few months ago and when one of the lid spring got stretched and frame became loosen, difficult to hold, I went to the store and ask them to get it fix, its was not torn apart not broken, its a spring which get stretched, Store Manager was keep insisting to me its broken when I asked him show me from where its Broken he said I dont know but for sure its Broken. Anyways long story short they sent to the lab and just know I recevied a msg that it can't be fix take your glasses back, it was fhe first and last time dealing with Al Jaber, I would recommend Emrirates Opticals especially for those Parents who face same kind of Issues with Kids, I have been same situation twice but that I was dealing with Emirates Opticals Motor City, One time they have fixed the issue and second time they have replaced the frame and got me new one, It was a mistake dealing with Al Jaber and I am regretting it, as I have Paid 1600 to 1700 Dhs for the glasses. They have lost me as a customer because of their Poor After Sale Services
