The experience with IRC is good as I was lucky enough to speak with a young Mr. Ahmed who was very professional and to say the least... sensed my confusion about an insurance company covering or unspecified services. Ahmed was very patient, kind and proactive. One detail that caught my eye was that every time I approached (several times within an hour and a half) he got up from his chair to answer me. Thank you Mr. Ahmed and all the best to him. I am satisfied with the service provided to me. The clinic looks nice and clean, as do the other employees.
