Nursing staff So helpful
Worst experience in this Clinic .Receptionist must be check patient’s insurance that they can accept before start procedures .After one hour of waiting and consultation they are asking for 90 AED for test ,we informed them we have insurance.After that check our EID ,Receptionist reply was quiet shocking this insurance was not covered in our clinic .Then my question is what is the responsibility of receptionist?? .They must be check .Receptionist also arguing with us and told we have only 3 insurance accept here.This must be inform patients first if not covered we can go for another clinic .Receptionist was not ready to accept their mistakes again try to argue with us .Management please give taining to receptionist.They try to make cash patient purposefully to hide their insurance not covered their ???????
