I have bad experience in icon clinic Delma st Abu Dhabi, cause I avail the facial plasma 4 session process and they make it only 2 session until now they still haven’t proceed for the 3rd and 4th session it’s been already 7 months. I request to refund the balance amount I paid. Cause I paid it for 2,016aed. The lady I contact to process my refund request but until now they don’t have response. It’s been 7 months already?

So disappointed with the clinic, Alnahyan branch. They shut it down without prior notices and without informing the customers. When I tried to call the branch, the answering machine said: we are facing some electrical power issues and closing temporarily. The lady on WhatsApp keeps promising that the clinic will reopen soon and this was almost more than 2 months ago!

This clinic is fraud.....they have scammed me and now not returning my amount.nI paid a full amount for 3 session of microneedling. After two sessions the clinic has shutdown without any prior notice or updates. When I followed up with them for an appointment....they don't reply....and are saying their location is about to change. I told them that i cannot travel to new location as it's not feasible for me. Also they should have informed me about shutting down of service from last 3 months .Their customer care lady keeps saying refund is not their policy.....but they never gave me a receipt or any such policy details when I paid for the session....nnPlease don't sign up their services

It's been over a decade since I had my last tooth extraction. The idea of pulling out a tooth, to me was terrifying. But I'm glad I did my surgery procedure and extraction in ICON CLINIC with the help of Dr. Daisy and the nurses who are very kind and patient to me. Dr. Daisy knows how to understand her patience and she makes the procedure painless, and comfortable. She always checks on me during the procedure whether I have felt any pain or not, and those nurses with me are very supportive. They always make sure I am comfortable. They keep me at ease. Now I finally overcome my fear of going to the dentist and I don't think I'll be able to find such excellent service other than ICON CLINIC.
