We had a wonderful experience at this clinic utmost because of the doctor treating my daughter that is Dr. Munmun Dutta. The comfort she provides to the children is just out of the world, you feel so relaxed handing over your child to her. Also one thing that I noticed she explains everything to the child not just the parents which is very helpful in preparing them mentally. Thanks a lot Doc.
I had a very disappointing experience today. While Dr. Lakshmi was attentive, the receptionist was unorganized and seemed unsure of her role. Dr. Lakshmi had instructed me to return for a follow-up prescription and scan. I arrived at 5:03 pm, and although Dr. Lakshmi hadn't arrived yet, I informed the receptionist of my reason for being there. She simply asked me to take a seat. The doctor arrived at 5:20 pm, though she was scheduled for 5 pm. After waiting for some time without any updates from the receptionist, I approached her to ask if I could go in, and she said yes. However, the doctor was already with another patient, and I was informed that I needed to register to be seen. By then, three other people were in line, so I had to wait even longer, despite being the first one there. This delay wasn't my fault, but rather a result of the receptionist's poor handling of the situation. I had left work early to make this appointment, yet due to your staff's lack of efficiency, I ended up leaving without seeing the doctor. Please ensure your staff receives the necessary training to manage time and patient flow better.
