I ended up purchasing a bed and pillows, which were delivered promptly and in perfect condition. nAll the staff were professional and punctual. Even though I had a color preference and wanted to change the bed, the manager, Mohammed, assisted me with the change. I must say, this is the best customer service I have ever received in Dubai. nThe mattress and pillows are of the highest quality, and I would highly recommend Huxberry to anyone in search of good quality products. Run away! Bad advice and waste of money!nThe order was simple. Fitted sheet with 45 or 50 cm pocket. They swore there was a sheet with the desired size. I was forced to buy an entire set on December 12th to have this sheet. In the end I was given a sheet that was much shorter than promised (35 cm high) and which also shrank a lot with washing. Useless! And the quality of the fabric is mediocre. Despite complaining, I always had the feeling that it was my fault and that I was the liar if the sheet didn't have the promised measurements. If the sheet was actually 45 or 50 cm high, I wouldn't need to write this complaint. I complained to the seller, and she was unable to resolve the situation. They told me that once the product was opened, I could not exchange it. Absurd. How do I know that I was sold a useless item without opening it? In the end, I would still be the one who would have to send an email explaining the situation. The saleswoman and her boss are unable to resolve the situation themselves, even with numerous exchanges of messages on WhatsApp, and all with photographs to explain my dissatisfaction. They were unable to open a set of the same sheet to measure and verify that what was advertised on the packaging did not correspond to the actual measurements. No commercial gestures. Nothing. Even an apology, I was almost forced to ask... To be avoided! Premium? That is a joke!nnUPDATE: Again, from supplier's response, I'm a liar, it is my fault if this situation is happening. Again, no apologies. They accuse me of washing the UNFITTED sheet with a high temperature (done it with 40u00ba, which is pretty reasonable for sheets). How do they know what temperature I used. Were they around to check? And they are not intelligent enough to understand that what is written on the package does not correspond at all to the real measurements. They don't want to open their package because 1) it is too much work for the poor guys (oh...snif...) and 2) because they will be facing the real truth that I am right: the announced measures on the package do not correspond to the real measurement of the sheet...

I just received my new bed of custom Scotia bed model with Hypnos stapleford mattress . I'm very happy with the selection and excellent service by the team .
Excellent and professional service from conception to design to delivery and installation. As soon as we met Antonio (after visiting a few other kitchen companies around Abu Dhabi and Dubai) we knew we wanted to work with him. He started sketching and asked us about the functions we are looking for instead of showing us a bunch of cabinets and drawers ! We designed the kitchen we wanted to live with and Huxberry delivered it as we imagined it. We had very very detailed drawings for the new kitchen as well as all the specifications that helped the contractor build the space and make it ready to receive our new kitchen. It's a great feeling to stand in our kitchen now and remembering it as just a dream on paper just two short months ago. Thank you team
