  Applying for the internship at HRIC was one of the best decisions I made for my career. There are things you will learn here that no textbook or lecture can teach you. Dr. T (our supervisor) creates just the right atmosphere that triggers both personal and professional growth. The senior interns did an excellent job displaying the traits and skills we were training for. While it's a heavy claim to make, I believe an internship of this nature will make any aspiring therapist better at what they do. There is also an abundance of resources to make use of and practicing psychologists (from different orientations) who are willing to give you advice and guidance when you need it. nDuring your higher studies, you do years of rigorous reading, research and writing. This internship will teach you how to implement all of it.

  I highly recommend the internship program to all the aspiring psychologists. This internship is not just a mere understanding of psychological concepts; it is an intensive program where you could be personally challenged to work on yourself. The most unique part of this internship is the guidance provided by Dr.T, which is right up to the point where a student can learn to grow in correspondence to reality. This internship has definitely helped me to reflect on myself, which I believe is essential for an aspiring therapist. Joining this internship was one of the best decisions of my life--no doubt about that.

  I joined HRIC for my internship after having completed my master's degree. One of the many things that make the internship helpful and worthwhile is that it focuses on personal growth just as much as professional growth; which is essential when training as a psychologist. nDr. T is the best supervisor I could have asked for, she challenged me while also ensuring a safe environment in which I could discuss my difficulties. My senior interns and co-interns were also an amazing group; they were compassionate, fun, and we had a memorable experience together!nnThe experience at HRIC has taught me so much about psychology and being a psychologist, which I could not have gained from inside a classroom. The entire team at HRIC was amazing and supportive through the internship.

  I recently completed this internship and had an incredibly positive experience. Dr. T was truly dedicated to creating a challenging yet rewarding experience for all of the students. She fostered a safe space through various steps that allowed me to explore my interests and passions. nOne of the highlights was the exposure to new perspectives that allowed me to expand my understanding and curiosity. This also encouraged open communication and personal growth, which greatly enhanced my learning experience. nOverall, I am extremely grateful for this internship and the opportunity to work with such a supportive and knowledgeable supervisor. I highly recommend this internship to anyone interested in pursuing a career in psychology.

  The internship at HRIC is hands down the best internship available in the UAE for students interested in pursuing psychology. It includes a blend of theoretical and practical knowledge that provides you with just a glimpse into the world of psychology, alongside Dr.T (our supervisor) providing each of us with immense support through her own little interesting mentoring ways throughout the process. With the focus of the internship being professional and personal development, I can guarantee that you'll leave the internship a whole different person than who you came in as. The internship has taught me a LOT about psychology, as well as about myself. 5 months well spent if you ask me. Absolutely no regrets.
