In fairness to medical staff; Dr. Adam Al Turk is knowledgeable; well experienced and very highly educated with extensive experience in his field. Throughout my medical journey; I was given the utmost attention and care; an experience that made it easy on me before and after the operation. His supporting staff are nice and kind. Hands down to Dr Adam and his team for their attention and support throughout the whole process. Highly recommended. Thank you❤️❤️❤️

Dr. Rehan Siddiqui- ENT Specialist @HMS Al Garhoud Hospital was very polite, professional & I left his office feeling very optimistic & with high spirits. He is extremely polite and gentle. All my fears and worries were addressed & I am extremely satisfied being treated by him. He is very calm & reassuring. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my appointment with Doctor, which was scheduled for 11:00 AM today. nUnfortunately, upon arriving on time for my appointment, I was left waiting without any explanation. After waiting for an extended period, I inquired about the delay and was informed that Doctor had to go for emergency, at 11:42a I received a call from the doctor informing that he had to go to the hospital cafu00e9 to celebrate his birthday. I was not informed of this in advance or during the wait. nDoctor eventually returned at 11:50am AM, but by that time, I had to leave as I had only taken a short break from work for this appointment.
I was admitted Aug 17 at HMS Al Garhoud Hospital after being rejected from another hospital. I felt relieved even though I'm already having a hard time and going through on and off fever. Staff from the emergency, including the lady who took care of me whom I forgot to ask the name, has been an angel and has been very calm and kind with me. Doctors attended to me and made sure I was taken care of. When I was transferred to my room, cant help but notice the swift action taken on my insurance, after few hours I got transferred, which is not bad at all, compared to the previous hospital I got admitted to 2years ago. Staff at Ward 2, has been very keen on taking care of me, from start to finish, when i regained my strength I was able to joke with them and they were cheerful, they are also happy that I got into good shape, not too pale this time due to the care I got and hoping for an early discharge, they were very happy when they also found out i'm getting discharged all because of the utmost quality care i received, even my husband has never seen such care overall. Dr Samer Agha, and the rest of the doctors have been very focused on making sure that I'm receiving all the medications and care that I need. Thank you, HMS Al Garhoud Hospital.
