Such a relaxing haven! Attended an event here, and everything--from the serene location to the kind and attentive staff--was wonderful. The manicure and massage were absolutely top-notch. A perfect spot to unwind!

The service is excellent, and as a regular visitor, I always enjoy my experience. Therapist Cherry is my favorite, but I'm disappointed that my loyalty discount has been under review for over 6 months without resolution. It would be great if Heart and Soul could recognize and reward loyal clients like me to make the experience truly perfect.

One of the best spas i have ever tried, the experience is amazing. Driving to the spa, to walking into their villa. The interior is minimal but breath taking.. their massage beds are just too perfect for the session. I tried the Thai traditional massage and it was really authentic and perfection, the therapist 'Tonyan' is amazing. Thanks

My absolute favorite way to relax is by having a massage... not only is it an opportunity for you to lie down and zone out for 30-60 mins but it's also incredibly rejuvenating and stress relieving. Tried the couples massage for AED 700. Had a great experience! Professional staff and great service!
We had an amazing massage session with Suria & Rawi--they were truly wonderful therapists! It was one hour of pure bliss, with every detail carefully taken care of to ensure total relaxation. nThe staff was lovely, and the ambiance of the salon made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for a perfect escape!
