  I would like to thank Dr. Maki and his nurse Mark for being helpful to us. They very professional the way they treat us and make us comfortable everytime we visit their clinic Heart Beat Medical Center. Highly recommended!

  We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Smitha Rani and the entire team. My child was a bit nervous about the visit, as he is only 5 years old ,but from the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly and made us feel at ease. Dr. Smitha was incredibly patient, gentle, and explained everything clearly to both me and my child, which really helped build trust and comfort. nA special thank you to the dental assistant, Ms Manju who was just as amazing--warm, reassuring, and very skilled at keeping things calm and positive throughout the appointment. It's clear this practice truly cares about their young patients. I highly recommend them to any parent looking for a kind, professional, and child-friendly dental team.

  After waiting two weeks for an appointment, we received a call just **one hour before** the scheduled time, informing us that the appointment would be delayed by 20 minutes. While delays can happen, we were also told to expect an **additional 60 to 70 minutes of waiting time** due to an overwhelming number of patients. nThis was extremely inconvenient and concerning, especially since my wife's medical condition could worsen with prolonged waiting. We felt the lack of proper scheduling and communication was unacceptable, so we decided to cancel the appointment and seek care at another medical center that provided better service. nI hope this feedback encourages the facility to improve its scheduling process and patient care. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this medical center based on our experience.

  I think even the 1 star is a lot for this place. I had an appointment scheduled for 3:00 PM but was kept waiting until 3:36 PM, even though another patient who arrived after me was taken in before me. The nurse seemed surprised that I was still waiting and had not been called in. To make things worse, the receptionist suddenly told me to go to the doctor, even though the other patient was already in the room. Am I supposed to see the doctor with another patient in the same room? This was extremely frustrating. nAdditionally, an Arab lady working there was incredibly rude, offering no guidance and dismissively saying, 'We are all busy.' If the staff are too busy, why give people appointments in the first place? The lack of organization, professionalism, and courtesy was shocking. She was extremely rude and i did not accept this attitude took my id and left without even seeing the dr. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. You should work on ur staff's attitude and accuracy with timing. nThis is a reply to the hospital's reply:nFirst, yes my appointment was at 11 with my sister but she then came to you and told your receptionist to change the timing to 3 and they gladly approved. Second, i am not baloochi nor do i speak that language? If i was speaking any language it would've been Arabic or English. If your staff did not understand that's their problem. Third, yes it is disrespectful when a staff member tells me everyone is busy and shouts and points fingers on my face. I would gladly come and watch the footage with a senior staff and discuss this because i do know that i am not in the wrong and even the nurse was surprised that i still did not go to the dr. I received no guidance till i actually got mad and this is not my problem it is the lack of communication in this hospital. I did have an appointment at 3 according to the appointment made at 11. A patient that i saw with my own eyes came after me and got in before me. It was 3:36 pm and you can see that in the u201cfootageu201d. I was waiting and did not even mention that there's a patient that came after me and went before me. It all started when your receptionist told me to go knowing there's a patient there? If you did not have an appointment at 3 your receptionist could've said that to my sister and i would've rescheduled. I am now insisting to meet a manager and watch this footage you have. I know my manners and i know i would never disrespect someone without being provoked. Do not accuse patients of things that did not happen! Shame.
