I want to sincerely thank and appreciate Leonard Brian Alfonso for the incredible care he provided during my treatment. From the very beginning until the end, he handled my case with full dedication and professionalism, truly taking care of everything from A to Z. Because of Leonard’s knowledge, experience, and constant attention to my wound, I was able to avoid surgery.. something I am extremely grateful for. He always kept my wound clean, well-managed, and closely monitored, and I never faced a single complication during my treatment. I felt safe and confident knowing I was in such capable hands. What truly stood out to me was his commitment to his patients. He is always on time, very flexible, and willing to adjust just to make sure the patient feels comfortable, happy, and satisfied. He listens, explains everything clearly, and genuinely cares about your recovery and well-being. I never had any issues with him at all only positive experiences. To the incredible team at Healthpoint Hospital, One Day Surgery Unit, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional care I received during my surgery on 5 September 2025. This was my first surgery, and I entered with many worries — but because of all of you, I left with a bigger smile and complete peace of mind. First, my sincere thanks to Dr. Borja. You are truly one of a kind — a doctor with remarkable skill and an even more remarkable personality. Your care, your kindness, and the way you treat every patient with genuine attention made a world of difference to me. I would also like to thank the anesthesia team. I met two of your doctors, and both were absolutely amazing. They made me feel calm, safe, and completely reassured. I never felt nervous for a moment, and they visited me several times afterward just to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I deeply appreciate this. To all the nurses in the One Day Surgery Unit — I cannot thank you enough. Each one of you treated me like family. You comforted me, supported me, talked to me when I needed a distraction, and made sure every detail was taken care of. Your warmth and professionalism turned a stressful day into a positive experience I will never forget. Lastly, I want to thank the physical therapy doctor who assisted me after the surgery. I unfortunately do not recall her name, but she was truly wonderful. She guided me with patience, gave me important tips for recovery, and showed so much kindness. Her support meant a lot to me. I have never written about my experience in any hospital before, but this time I felt it was important — because your team made a real difference in my life. An excellent experience at the Physiotherapy Department. I would like to thank the receptionist, Sara Al Blooshi, for her professional and courteous manner and for her great efforts in serving patients. Despite the heavy crowd and the fact that she was the only staff member handling reception during the peak midday hours, she was keen to assist me with booking appointments with great care and attention. I would also like to thank the therapist, Rana, for her professionalism and outstanding performance during the treatment sessions. A truly commendable experience, reflecting excellent choices in both service quality and patient care.
I would like to share some feedback about my recent experience in the pharmacy area I waited for more than an hour and until now I am not assisted! and my actual time with the doctor was only about ten minutes. Most of the staff ( pharmacists ) seemed to be talking to each other or handling other non-patient matters instead of helping those waiting for care or taking breaks every 10 min. The ticket numbers in the screen are not moving ! This situation makes patients feel neglected and frustrated. I kindly ask that you review the workflow and ensure that staff members focus on supporting patients efficiently and respectfully. Thank you for your time and understanding.
