I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. The facility is super clean, and the staff is exceptionally welcoming. The service was quick and efficient - I received my test results in just 5 minutes. The worst management ever . Made an appointment for 4:30 and came in on time exactly and they did not allow me in the appointment and made me leave although the clinic was fully empty and saw the doctor had no patients . This is very disappointing and worst management I've ever encountered. I hope there will be compensation for this horrible experience

My 5 months old baby was sick, and I was so worried about him. Thanks to Dr. Eman, she was very professional , caring, and patient. She explained everything to me, answered all my questions, and reassurred me.

Very quick and clean service. We are there every few days . Anet is so welcoming and friendly even the nurses who do the pcr tests. Would love if results come out a little bit faster though.
We are very happy with Mariam - she's an excellent general practitioner. We wanted her to continue caring for our family, but unfortunately, the M42 group will be assigning her to another hospital for three months or more !nnI believe doctors should remain in one location for greater continuity and convenience for families.
