I would like to highlight the importance of any review from patients so whoever looks at PROFESSIONAL and CARING DOCTOR - Dr. Ramika Mittal is the one 🙌🏻 Throughout my pregnancy she was super supportive, showed her knowledge and experience from all the way, taking all of your concerns and questions SERIOUSLY (not like other doctors saying it’s okay on pregnancy 😑) suggesting helpful advices, even sending links with professional medical researches and literature 🫶🏻 Thank you very much 🙌🏻 The staff also very nice, never late on my appointments- if dr is going for emergency treatments clinic will call and suggest another time or will update you ASAP. In 9 months I didnot have bad experience thanks to Helath Hub and my dr. Ramika😍😍😍 Definitely suggest if you’re pregnant or planning , Good luck dear viewer
I recently visited Health hub Karama clinic for the flu vaccine for my 15 months old daughter and had a very comfortable experience with Dr Chaula Sangani. I also visit Dr Chaula for all other paediatric care and I must say she is very gentle and amazing doctor.
Doctor Ramika is very nice and polite person i meet she is take care of her patients advising properly. And you feel very comfortable if you will talk to her.
I would like to express my utmost satisfaction and gratitude for the excellent service provided at your Karama branch of HealthHub Clinic & Pharmacy. From the doctors to all the staff, I highly recommend this branch. They are exceptionally nice and professional, especially Ms. Kristel, who is incredibly attentive and proactive. She excels in her role and truly stands out in her dedication. A heartfelt salute to the entire team for their outstanding work. Keep up the excellent service!
Our visit to this clinic was one of the worst we've ever had. The customer service was awful, with zero communication or updates. We ended up waiting for nearly an hour to see the doctor, and during that entire time, no one approached us to explain the delay or offer any updates. We understand that delays or emergencies can happen, but at the very least, someone should have informed us.nnWhen we were finally called to the room, we had to wait even longer because the doctor was busy talking to a colleague. To make matters worse, the consultation itself didn’t even last five minutes. We felt completely ignored, and a lot of our time was wasted. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
