I used to be a regular at the Discovery Gardens branch but had to come to the Festival Plaza branch twice due to lack of appointments. nThis branch clearly has many issues. Firstly, the call center confirmed my booking but it wasn't registered by the branch upon my arrival. Next, the staff weren't as warm or welcoming and a designated waiting area is clearly lacking. The staff will also have you sign forms without really explaining the details until you ask them!nnBack to the call centre, they weren't able to verify if a treatment would be covered and wasted my time by having me visit the branch. I had specifically asked for this clarity because there was no point in me visiting the branch only to be denied treatment. My insurance details were already made available in the system and all it would have taken was a simple check. nThe absolute last straw was when the Doctor prescribed a medicine I was clearly allergic to. I have mentioned my allergies during every single visit and despite that, the Doctor put my health at risk! This is a huge NO for me!nnPlease project this review on a screen to your staff to address your shortcomings and enhance your services! This is my kind feedback despite the terrible experience.

Dr. Syed, an orthopedic specialist, is very professional, friendly, and thorough in providing treatment for my nanny. Additionally, the receptionist, Ms. Geneve, is very helpful. The clinic is clean and well-maintained!
My experience with healthhub clinic is good so far, Geneve was the first one i encountered at the reception , she was very helpful and accommodating. I also want to say thank you to Jensen (assistant of my OB Dr Ojisvini) for making me feel at ease during the procedure i went through. And ofcourse to Dr Ojisvini whos been very nice even if I was her new patient. The place is also nice and clean.
