From my very first prenatal appointment to my c-section, she went above and beyond to ensure both my twin babies and I were in the best hands. nHer warm demeanor, thorough explanations, and genuine concern for my well-being made every visit stress-free. My complain is same as previous review. I wish i could give 0 star. The staff is so pathetic and unprofessionalnI had an appointment at 5 PM for orthopedic Dr SachitnBut from entry to registration process it took time more than other clinics and I even paid for orthopedic before meeting with doctor. Anyhow this is just a startnAfter registration, for vitals I waited for long time than before just for weight and temperature checkingnAnyhow after spending almost 50 minutes i went to the doctor roomnHe didn't even touch my feet to check injury, just looked from his chair and asked me to wait for x rays approval and advise me to push insurance network for approval which is i think clinic should do. Well after sometime I again went to the reception to get an update of approval he said to wait then I personally called my insurance network, that time I knew they already sent notification to clinic to complete my application as some information was missing. So i reached to the reception again and informed them about what i spoked with my insurance company, clinic staff saw that notification that time before that he was sleeping I thinknSo this is how my more half an hour wastednnNurse went to the doctor and dr sent application for approval again and asked me to wait again for approval. I was keep waiting no one is bother to inform me that whats going onnI had an injury on my foot and it was really painful but still i was the one who keep going to the reception informing them asking them. nAfter 2.5 hours in the clinic i called my insurance again they informed me the second application was also incorrect it should be under some other categorynThen i again went to reception with my painful foot and gave my phone to receptionist and asked insurance guy to explain him what they are asking for!nBecause they didn't call insurance company for approval a single time they were just sitting and looking and wasting patients timenPatient is the one who was keep calling insurance and keep getting in touch with insurance on WhatsApp and keep updating clinic staff about approval statusnThen i directly went to the doctor room because this is the time of dr to leave the clinic it was 7:40 PM that timenDr told me the same he already sent the application after correction but then i told him about whole story and showed him calls and chat with my insurance company that what actually they are asking for,nnThen Dr told me this is his leaving time now so if he will send again then it will take some time for approval and then x rays department will take some time to give him the report so he can't wait , so he advised me to cancel the pending approval and go to the Rashidiya hospital on cash or wait till tomorrow for other dr as he will not be available tomorrow. Also he told me if you will not cancel the pending approval and it will be approved till tomorrow so he was not sure that other orthopedic in same clinic will consider that x rays report or notud83eudd37ud83cudffbu200du2640ufe0fnnThen last time i went to the reception at 8 PM asked them to cancel the x ray approval and left the clinic after wasting my 3 hours and without getting a single treatment even after paying orthopedic consultation. And from healthhub I directly went to As***clinic DSOnWhere registration, nursing, dr meeting, x rays, dr consultation, billing and at last pharmacy things just took less than an hour. I will never ever recommend healthhub DSO to anyone!!!!

My complaint is same as the previous review. From the time you walk into the clinic just for the front desk to call you it can take more than 10 mins. If you don't have an appointment you get pushed further down and you are doomed. I don't know if they are understaffed or the staff is incompetent or the insurance approval takes painfully longer at Health Hub compared to other clinics. The front desk staff seems to move at a snail's pace! Some of them also seem apathetic to the plight of the sick patients waiting, which is really enraging. The only saving grace is some good doctors. Health hub has to really introduce more counters and train their staff to at least pretend to care about the patients!nI also think they have a poor relationship with insurance companies. Because getting approval for every test and procedure takes twice the amount of time here than other clinics!
Extremely slow service, shouldn't come here if you are not feeling well as the waiting will definitely make you sick! The registration only takes anywhere between 30-45 minutes. nThe doctors are good, and that's the saving grace but the service at the counter and the reception are pathetic
