Worst service.... nWaited a week for the procedure appointment... giving them time to get insurance approval. nArrive for the appointment... was made to wait over 45 minutes.... And only when i started asking why i am waiting so long did the doctor tell me that the insurance has a query about the procedure. nNo prior communication... they didn't even respond to insurance query...the insurance sent the query 5 days ago. nI walked out.... a place with a lack of basic professionalism can not be trusted with my health.

With health bay women's care, you don't feel like you are just another patient. From the time you walk into the clinic, everyone is so friendly and welcoming, from the receptionist to the doctors and midwives. I chose to deliver my first baby with Dr Jozsa, while he was sometimes a bit short, he was always very calm and professional. During my delivery which ended up to be complicated despite a smooth pregnancy, his presence was very calming and fatherly, I felt reassured and like I was in safe hands. His nurses angie and nhissen are so sweet and nice. The midwives before the birth and for a month or so after provided spectacular support!! Midwives Rebecca and Muriel were amazing, I also had a home visit by Muriel when I was struggling with breastfeeding at the start, which was so so helpful. Thank you so much health bay team 😊

Unfortunately my experience led me to request that they close my file with them. nTheir time management is unpleasant . You could wait from 20 minutes or more and this happened to me a few times there. nIf I'll make the effort to be on time I'd appreciate the same. I don't mind waiting for 10 minutes or so without a single complaint, but a little bit of courtesy would be appreciated.
I had a brilliant experience with Lactation Consultant and Midwife, Helen Bobby. She gave me a really bespoke session on breastfeeding and how to make it work for my family and my own body / preferences. She is extremely knowledgable with a very open, relaxed and positive approach. I didn't breastfeed my first child but with Helen's help, I have breastfed my second and she offered continuous support and guidance throughout. I can't recommend her enough!
