I had a cardiology check up done by Dr Gehad and everything was very smooth and professionally conducted both by the doctor and the nurses. I can say I am very happy with this clinic. Much more efficient and quicker when compared to clinics within large hospitals.

Healthbay Clinic offers a wide range of medical care, and all doctors are extremelly professionnal yet approachable, caring and generous of their time. Always feeling listened too with detailled answers to symptoms or diagnostic questions. Dr Farah is GP I can't reccomend enough. Her humanity, expertise and care is exceptionnal.

Honestly, I think this is the best healthcare facility I've been to in Dubai, I'm currently seeing both Dr. Barbara and Dr. Katia. nFirst, they are spot on with appointments, so I appreciate that a lot, I dont need to wait for 1 - 2 hours just to see anyone, max maybe about 10 mins. nSecond, I really like the fact that they dont prescribe you multiple medicines immediately or after 1-2 visits unlike other hospital or clinics that takes advantage of the insurance, they actually check what's wrong and run multiple tests before prescribing something. I've seen Dr. Katia 3x and we're still running some tests before actually prescribing me something. nBoth doctors are very friendly and takes time to explain you your situation, I feel it on a personal level, not just a doctor doing their job and getting paid. So kudos to the team.!! Amazing job.
Amazing clinic experience with doctor Gehad El Gergawy and nurses Jean and Benisha. Dr Gahad it's an amazing professional, explains every detail of the procedures done, and always gives you options with a high level of knowledge. Creates an incredible atmosphere and deeply understands patients concerns that made me feel extremely comfortable. I strongly recommend him if you are looking for an extremely professional and helpful cardiologist and his team of nurses Jean and Benisha were helpful at all times and incredibly attentive and professional as well.
