Unfortunately the worst experience I had with healthy meals plans, I'm only one week through my subscription and I have found that the chicken was raw and not cooked well for 3 times! Even though I highlighted this to the customer service person and they promised that it will not happen again , the following days they still sent me raw pink chicken.. what a disappointment and very unsafe to sent to customers raw chicken. Also their delivery timings are not consistent and they don't set up a specific time to deliver they just set up a specific window from 7 am to 1 pm.

I subscribed to this restaurant's 6-day trial meal plan, but the experience was disappointing from day one. 1. Delivery Issues: I repeatedly requested a change in the delivery time, and they told me that it's possible and that they changed it in the system, but despite daily follow-ups, nothing changed. The driver continued ringing my doorbell at 5:30 AM, which was incredibly disruptive. Even after I explicitly complained, the same issue occurred on the last day. 2. Food Quality: The food was poorly handled and messy. They mixed all the sauces with the meals before packing, which not only made it difficult to eat but also affected the food's freshness and shelf life. 3. Lack of Calorie Transparency: The meal plan includes snacks and salads, but their calorie information is not accurately disclosed. When I asked for details, I was told snacks were u201capproximately 150-200 caloriesu201d and salads were u201c5-7 calories,u201d which is unprofessional and unrealistic. 4. Ignored Preferences: Before starting the subscription, I informed them that I didn't want deliveries on Saturdays. They completely ignored this request and delivered meals on Saturday anyway. nOverall, the lack of attention to customer requests and the poor handling of basic details like accurate calorie counts make this service unreliable. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking professionalism or proper service.

A Horrible Experience. nI initially signed up for a 5-day trial, and while the food was decent, the consistent late deliveries were a major issue. Despite their promised delivery window, my meals arrived as late as 1:30PM, making it impossible for me to have breakfast. When I raised this concern multiple times, their only solution was to force me to switch to a highly inconvenient 3AM-7AM delivery slot, which I reluctantly accepted. nI then renewed for 10 days, and that's when everything went downhill, from delivery delays to a shocking decline in food quality, portion sizes, and customer service. nOn Monday, I woke up expecting breakfast, only to find that they hadn't delivered it at all, not even the salad or snack. When I reached out, they casually said they would u201ccheck with the team.u201d At this point, I highly doubt this so-called u201cteamu201d or their nonexistent u201cmanageru201d even exists. nThe next day, the same thing happened. When I contacted them again, they simply said, u201cthey forgot.u201d How unprofessional is that?nnI then requested to remove breakfast from my plan and get refunded for the meals I never received. Not only did they refuse the refund, but they ignored my messages altogether. When I insisted on speaking to their u201cmanager,u201d nothing happened. They had no intention of addressing their negligence. Instead, their idea of u201ccompensationu201d was doubling my breakfast, snacks, and salads which only increased my calorie intake on a weight-loss plan. I never even ate those extra meals, and despite my complaints, they continued doing this for two consecutive days. They would also sometimes deliver meals without the calorie count labeled on the box, and even when it was included, it often didn't accurately reflect the actual portion size. nBy then, I could barely eat their meals because the food quality had become completely unacceptable. Several times, I received undercooked chicken with a strong, foul odor that could be smelled from a distance. The same happened with their eggs and shrimp orzo. The smell alone made it clear something was wrong. At that point, I seriously questioned their hygiene and food safety standards. Serving raw chicken is dangerous, and I don't think they realize how harmful it can be. nAfter repeatedly raising concerns, they stopped responding to my messages altogether. That's when I finally told them I would raise my complaint to the Department of Economic Development, only then did their nutritionist (not even their so-called manager) suddenly decide to reach out. nAnd if that wasn't enough, they completely ignored my dietary restrictions and allergies. Before starting, they had me fill out a form listing my allergies and dislikes, which turned out to be a complete waste of time. I explicitly mentioned, both in the form and through WhatsApp, that I am allergic to pesto. Yet, yesterday's dinner was a chicken pesto sandwich. The irony right? They remembered to remove the tomato (which I dislike) but added an ingredient I am allergic to. nAt this point, I don't know if they're this careless or doing it on purpose. Either way, they need serious oversight. An allergic reaction caused by their negligence could shut them down entirely, and rightfully so. nTo this day, they refuse to refund me for the breakfasts I never received. Instead, they keep sending their horrible, unsafe meals, which have become more of a health risk than anything else. nMy biggest mistake before signing up was not checking their Google reviews. If you're considering this service, do yourself a favor and read them first, you'll definitely think twice. Save your money for a meal plan that's actually worth it xx
