I ordered a exercise tape and the quality of the product was good. The service was excellent and delivery was on time.

I have had the most amazing experience with these guys. I bought one of the cheaper wheel chairs in their range about three weeks ago. Unfortunately it was not handling properly, so I went in so they could adjust it. Without any questions, they offered to replace the wheelchair. I was happy with taking a demo unit, after they did offer a new one, but the demo unit seemed fine. I left the store and went to Ibn Battuta Mall. I was on route to the bank when a part on the wheelchair broke and made it difficult to move. I went back to the store, and once again, without any issues, they replaced the wheelchair. I can and will suggest this company to each and every person whom needs medical equipment. Great and friendly service and the after sales service even better!

Useless service delivery, was really disappointed. Wheelchair was meant to be delivered in 4-5 days but still waiting after 8 days. They say they will call but never do. From the sales person to the supply chain manager they were all extremely rude.

Bed stopped working one month in. Took them more than a few days to come and check it. And now almost two months later they haven't fixed it yet. In the meantime we had to find our own solutions as they provided NONE other than ask us to wait.
