Wow, the sessions really helped on my pain in my spine. I have suffered with pain in my spine while sleeping for many months and could not understand why after seeing doctors. nSo I had a X-ray that taken after seeing Health & Happiness which showed my spine was following the normal curve. nMy pain disappeared after a few sessions and I sleep much better now. nSo today I have had several sessions. Miraculous recovery experience - suffered from acute backaches, neck pain, and numbness in left hand and leg for over 5 years. Mostly dependant on painkillers (tablet and injections) and even consulted few hospitals to go through lumbar spine surgery. Thanks to Dr. Alali (Chris) for doing his magic and super caring staff of Health & Happiness that I am surprised to gain better-sleep at night, leaving bed without struggle every morning, and getting rid of months old migraine. As you might have seen in other reviews i had surgery on my wrist, which was sorted out by Novomed. Well the issue travelled up my arm to my shoulder, probably over training too soon after my accident. I woke up one morning in excruciating pain in my neck and the back of my shoulder, this went on for 6 months, going to different physio's like Novomed and Scandinavian, all to no avail. The person at Scandinavian didn't even want to see my MRI. With no luck i final succumbed and got the injection, that help for about 3 months. Then the pain come back. Then i remembered John from years before, hoping he was still in country, i called him, he was!! I went there 6 or 7 sessions i was getting better. The exercises he gave me were better and more effective than anyone else, no gadgets, no mumbo jumbo. John has given me my life back, i can sleep at night, i can pick my daughter up again, i am very grateful to him. I will never go to another physio ever again john. I can never thank you enough. You really are the best.
