  I visited the spa for the first time because of the good reviews and it did not disappoint at all! I was 1hour early for the appointment and they still accommodated me. Bibi was my therapist for hot stone massage and she was extremely good! The massage was soothing, with the perfect pressure and I felt so light after that. Much recommended!

  This is a relatively new spa in Festival City, as there is no other currently. I decided to try it after exercising, as I needed a strong massage to relax my muscles. They have several types of massages according to the person's desire and need. They also have a men's section. Honestly, the place is very clean and comfortable, the price is reasonable, and the massage was good, especially the last part, where I had a stretch. The receptionists were welcoming.

  I've been doing massage therapy for my back and left ankle issue since 3 years and so far this is my best massage ever done by Wawa. Despite of the communication issues she still done and delivered a perfect massage, i translated everything to her on google translate. I just tell her my issue and she adjusts, even at my second time going to her she did great. I love the aesthetics of the place and the room with showers and all, I just hope they put hairdryers and brushes. Also to put a sign for men section from the other side to not go there by accident like what happened to me last time when I used the toilet the guy was standing and I'm hijabi.

  With all the reviews that I could do these days in my travels - I make this one a priority because my visit and treatment was so wonderful. nThe ladies are incredible and have this spa so well designed with amazing treatments. Nothing against Malls but where I am from 8/10 times it's usually salons or things that aren't that great. NOT this one. This Spa is deserving of their own large building. And is a blessing inside Dubai Festival City Mall. Within Walking distance from inside Holiday Inn Express - DIFC too!nnI have tried a few spa/massage in Dubai so far in my travels and this one is the best so far! Though one day I hope they add in just basic little refresher facials/face massage! Nothing clinical or extravagant but more so face massage with gentle product to help with lymph drainage from face. Because they are so good it would fit well as a bonus add on to treatments! Maybe one day!nnThe aesthetic and ambiance is wonderful. Shay was so lovely and helpful in booking/arrival, communicating my requests to therapist and payment. nI was so blessed to be able to book within 12 hours notice when I messaged the evening before after long flights from Canada and other stays along the way. nI had CoCo for my massage and she did a wonderful job! I would go back to her specifically again (although I am sure all the therapists are amazing) but for me she was so great because it is hard for me lately to find someone who can u201creadu201d another persons body regarding pain points/issues. Without truly explaining them all. She was just firm enough. And asked if it was okay. Or more strong or gentle. Which was appreciated. nSide story: about 6 ago I had an osteopath who was not trained properly do an adjustment to my body that for the first time in 15 years left me in more pain and new issues than I came in with. My upper back has been LOCKED like nothing before in my life. Which was a shame as I typically would recommend osteopathy to anyone over Chiropractic. But like many things in life higher levels of qualification are key. And this was not good. nCoco didn't know any of that. And her work helped relieve this locked up tension that went down into my legs and feet from my upper back. I can move again in ways I haven't been able to in months. Though aspects of that terrible osteopath are still evident. She made it SIGNIFICANTLY better. Which is very rare to find. nI booked 90mins and I am glad I did. It was a great all over. So that the work she did settled in well for my body over all. nMy only suggestion would be to perhaps look for a less scented detergent/fabric softener or dryer sheets. nI Loved the hot towels at the end!nnBut I didn't know it would have that scented detergent smell. I mean obviously the fresh scent is better knowing it's clean! lol And many people love this. As well all of Dubai LOVE fragrance/parfume so it's not a big deal. But for me personally I have a reaction/sensitivity to it and affects my skin/breating a bit. nSo I just had a shower after NO PROBLEM at all! It's only something to consider in the future. nEssentially oils are no problem. Just synthetic fragrances are difficult/issues for me. nAnyways! These ladies CARE about you. You don't feel like you are in a mall at all. Transported to massage heaven!nnThey even make their own beautiful little desserts and provide tea and a mini bottle of water after if you need. I was obsessed with their little moss looking tissue boxes too. lol loved it!nnThey have hair ties if you forget. There is a shower there if you need after! It was just overall Extremely nice and I cannot recommend enough. ud83dudc95nnThank you so much! And I hope to see you again soon!

  I had a wonderful experience at this spa. The massage was excellent, the rooms were lovely, and the overall decoration of the spa was beautiful. The prices are very reasonable, and I'm sure this won't be my last visit!
