I recently started a set of 8 acupuncture sessions here, having had two sessions previously. When booking, I specifically asked the receptionist if there were any discounts for committing to multiple sessions. I was told there were no discounts but was advised that I could ask the doctor directly if any discounts could be offered.nnAfter attending my first session in this new package, I noticed a sign at the reception stating discounts for 5 sessions and 10 sessions. While I may have missed the display previously, I still feel that being upfront about available discounts—especially when directly asked—would improve the customer experience. When I brought this up afterward, I was told they don’t actively inform clients as the discount is already on display.nnOverall, I’m satisfied with the treatment, but clearer guidance on discounts at the time of booking would be much appreciated. Great treatment quality, just room for improvement in communication.
