Having discovered HAQ diet is a game-changer for me. I’m always busy but don’t want to compromise on my health as well. Loved the taste and I mean it when I say healthy food doesn’t have to be boring. It’s very flexible as you have a lot of options from the menu so you won’t have to eat same thing all over again and you can customize the calories eventually if you feel like it doesn’t satisfy you. You can also put it in on hold and resume once you decide to which is very uncommon with other meal plans I’ve tried. The service is pretty good overall. I highly recommend it if you’re in the same case as mine.
