Incredibly poor customer service. nI booked for an appointment for the vascular veins laser with the dr. When I arrived at the clinic they told me the specialized dr is not available I asked them to cancel the app and I'll come another time they insisted I just see the other Dr I told them I don't want to do two consultations I kept saying no and made it very clear I didn't want a consult. They pushed for me to go in they said just come we won't charge the dr will only talk to you for a min- I wish there was a recording in the reception because they tried to completely gaslight me. nI go and come out and they immediately charge me when I ask them why did you tell me you're not charging me. I have no problem paying for a service but I have a problem when I'm being coerced and tricked into a service I said I didn't want. I paid and told them I wasn't happy with it they were incredibly dismissive when I explained to them why I was upset they continued being rude so I left and then called them via phone and asked to speak to their manager. They said manager isn't there and j ok ok and well refund you then hung up in my face. (Fyi I wasn't raising my voice I was very calmly explaining why I was upset ) They never refunded. It was like the just wanted me to shut up. nI messaged on instagram with the full details of what happened and got completely ignored. nI have NEVER been more upset and disappointed by a dermatologist office like this before. The drs are great but horrible customer service will cost you. This was my first experience with them and never going back again esp that the staff really don't seem to care.
