I have been undergoing treatment with Dr. Sabiha Rashid Mattoo for some time now, and I can already say that I am completely satisfied with my choice. She is a very attentive, sensitive, and highly professional specialist with in-depth knowledge. Not only does the doctor provide competent treatment, but she also always supports me psychologically, which is especially important to me. I trust her 100% and always feel calm at every stage of treatment. I am sincerely grateful that I ended up with this particular doctor. I think I was just lucky to find such a highly qualified doctor! I will definitely recommend Dr. Sabiha to all my friends because she is a truly competent and understanding specialist. Dubai has a good level of medicine, but finding "your" doctor is a stroke of luck, and I am glad that I found her. WILL NEVER GO TO ANY ASTER Very frustrating experience at Aster Clinic JLT. I came for a scan appointment after being referred from Aster Tecom) and I was told my booking was confirmed. When I arrived, nobody informed me there was any problem — I was left waiting for around 30 minutes. Only when I asked, they told me I was a walk-in. I explained I had an appointment, and then they said there is no appointment in the system. Instead of trying to help or find a solution, I was told: “We can’t do anything, go back to the other branch.” I drove from Deira while sick, and the staff didn’t make any effort to support or fix the issue. Had to go back to tecom Clinic they confirmed that they booked through system I am requesting my refund back

I had a very pleasant experience at Aster Clinic in JLT. The service was quick and professional, and the staff were very helpful. A special thanks to the billing staff member Dincy for the excellent support and friendly behaviour. She was very polite, patient, and made the billing process smooth and hassle-free. It’s always nice to be assisted by someone who treats customers with such kindness and professionalism. Overall, great service and a well-managed Clinic . Highly recommended!

Dr. Arman was amazing with my root canal treatment — very professional, gentle, and reassuring throughout the entire process. Dr. Sabina in Gynecology is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Salman, the Psychiatrist, is truly outstanding — very understanding, attentive, and supportive. An amazing doctor whom I highly recommend. My family have been patients of Dr.Fayaz Mahamood for over ten years and the level of care he provides has always been exceptional. He greets us warmly at every visit and consistently demonstrates professionalism, patience and genuine compassion. During the covid years, when my daughter frequently became unwell Dr. Fayaz repeatedly went above and beyond to support us. He took our calls outside regular hours and offered cleared guidance and reassurance at a time when it was truly needed. His dedication during those challenging moments meant a great deal to our family.
