I had such a great experience with Dr Haia. I was quite nervous before my appointment, but she immediately made me feel at ease. She was incredibly reassuring, explained everything clearly, and created a really calm and comfortable environment. Throughout the whole appointment I felt relaxed and well looked after. I would highly recommend her - will definitely be returning only to her during my time in Dubai.

I'm french, I came in quite worried about a very deep caries close to the pulp on a chipped molar, with no pain but a real risk of needing root canal. Dr. Haya took the time to explain everything clearly and honestly, without pushing for a more invasive treatment right away. She is extremely professional, patient, attentive, and very available — she answered all my questions (even via message), let me think things through without any pressure, and tailored the treatment to my situation (financial and personal constraints). We went for indirect pulp capping with Biodentine + temporary GIC restoration to monitor the pulp response, and everything went perfectly. The customer service is outstanding : great listening, availability, transparency, and proper follow-up (3-month check-up scheduled). A dentist who truly cares about her patients and does excellent work. Thank you Dr. Haya Atassi, I will definitely come back!
