The worse clinic ever!! I made an appointment to Dr Mariia Syrova at 17:00. Mariia took another patient for my time because when I came at my time she was not available. At 17:15 a rude Philipino lady asked me for ID and to wait for another 20 more minutes. They were 3 at reception talking to each other and no one offered water or wifi or apologies for waiting. They were only sitting talking and laughing. Of course at 17:30 no doctor was available. Look waste of my time and money and my day off, isn't it? Don't recommend to come here. The worst clinic in Dubai.

Worst client experience ever! They are always fully booked and badly managed. No follow up with clients after their visits. I have had to keep a temporary filling for my root canal for what will sum up into a month and not get my crown fixed which has been already been pre-approved and they didn't bother to fit me in.
Reception staff are very professional and friendly. they always make sure that u felt welcome and satisfied. Excellent overall experience with the staff. The reception team is warm and welcoming and take all your queries seriously. My doctor is thorough and precise in her work. Dra. Ivy Menesses really helped me a lot in my journey of losing weight and it really works and even I'm not yet done with the session I already lost 10kg. I'm really thankful.
I escorted a friend to this clinic, the facility is very clean and organized. These health practitioners know their job. We met a guy(nurse) called Bill or Billy ,I like his demeanor. My friend was very satisfied with his treatment. Personally, I don't get sick (I have strong hormones) so I will refer and recommend my friends to this clinic.
